getting mushy over here...

My dearest Nick,

Let me just start by saying I love you.  You are a wonderful man.  Even in the smallest ways you have taught me so much.  About forgiveness.  About love.  About becoming more comfortable in my own skin.  I look up to you in so many ways.  You are such a hard worker and I know that I could not do what you do everyday.  Thank you for providing for me.  For loving me unconditionally.  For always standing by my side.  For pushing me to be a better person.  Thank you for eating the food I make even when I have a flop.  And thank you for always doing the dishes.  Last night on our run, when you kept encouraging me to keep going and not give up, I realized even more how lucky I am to have you in my life.  That's just who you are- always encouraging me to push myself and not give up.  Someday when we have a family, our kids are going to be so lucky to have a dad like you.  You are always fun and look on the bright side of every situation.  When you laugh, it makes my heart smile.  And when you take care of me when I get sick, I feel so safe.  Even your passion when you get so excited about something is infectious.  You are the prince charming that every little girl dreams of.  My knight in shining armor.  I love you so much and thank you for all that you do for me and for us.  You truly are a wonderful man of God and your enthusiasm for life will always be so contagious.  I love you so much and I just know that I am the luckiest girl in the world.
